The 21st century will be an era of international cooperation, in which exchanges and interdependence among states becomes increasingly more important.

The countries on the Eurasian continent will be the forerunner in bringing about prosperity and goodwill for humanity for this continent beholds unlimited natural resources and historical significance as the epicenter of civilization.

Institute of Asian Culture And Development seeks to bring about greater cooperation between nation-states in order to complement each others strengths as well as weaknesses. This is especially noteworthy as numerous Asian countries have struggled economically, politically as well as socially in the changing times of the new world order in the 1990s. Through humanitarian assistance, allocation of development professionals, and the exchange of successes and failures, we will strive to build a more peaceful global community.
